Just in case I messed up telling you where to score,
here are the 1st set and 2nd sets of score lines
and the template for the 7.5 x 7.5 page:

1st score lines:
1/4", 1-3/4", 5-3/4", 7-1/4"
2nd score lines:
1-3/4", 3-1/4", 5", 6-1/2"
It's showing outside lines but place paper flush against score board.
Sorry about that, still trying to figure out how all this works!!
