This is a frame I bought at Marshalls.
I took out the picture and stamped Happy Birthday from the Happiest Birthday Wishes hostess
stamp set in Chocolate Brown at a diagonal on Whisper White.
Then I used an old stamp set for the letters, which I also stamped in Chocolate Brown.
I punched the letters with the Pennant punch and the scalloped Pennant
to back it in the Early Espresso.
Added some brads to tie the ribbon to and attached the pennant letters with tiny paper clips!
Isn't this adorable? I hope my friend likes it!!
